Original Design - Reviving Classical Coin Aesthetics

Coin magic embodies a unique charm, evoking the purest imagination of magic. Flipping a coin on your fingertips, vanishing it, symbolizing the purest essence of magic.

Visual appeal is the soul of coin magic. The aesthetic appeal of the coin significantly impacts your performance. To capture the familiar aesthetics of classical coins, we meticulously studied numerous historical coins, eventually incorporating elements from Greek mythology to create the Artisan Coin.

• The silver coin's obverse portrays Hephaestus, the God of Craftsmanship, symbolizing the pursuit of exceptional craftsmanship.
• The copper coin's obverse features Venus, Hephaestus' wife, reflecting Artisan Coin's distinctive aesthetic taste.
• Both coins display the Artisan Coin logo on the reverse, representing the spirit of craftsmanship with inscriptions from three different mythologies.

All designs are original hand-drawn artworks, providing a crafted piece that you can play with at your fingertips.

Pioneering Techniques - Crafting Exceptional Handling

The tactile feel of a coin profoundly influences the execution of coin techniques. To elevate the handling experience, we encountered design and material challenges:

In terms of design, nearly ten iterations refined the dimensions, molding, die-casting, tooth design, and chamfering details.

• Overall size: Equivalent to the commonly used Half dollars and Morgan dollars.
• Die-casting: Offers a 3D presentation of the hand-drawn design and concave features similar to Kennedy Half Dollars and Walking Liberties, maintaining a flat surface while presenting a more three-dimensional image.
• Tooth design: It's a key component for various palm techniques like Edge Grip. After extensive testing of different teeth numbers and processes, we found the best solution, ensuring a strong grip.
• Chamfered edges: Comfortable to hold without compromising grip strength, reducing sharp visual cues without hindering tactile sensation.

In terms of materials, silver is renowned for its ideal texture but is expensive. To replicate the premium feel at an affordable cost, we used brass as a base material with a thick silver plating. This combination balances durability with surface feel.

The investment made in developing the Artisan Coin aimed at surpassing the quality of many genuine coins.
